Intufind offers tiered pricing to match your store's needs. All plans include a free trial to get started.
Shopify-Native Billing
Intufind uses Shopify's native billing system. All charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your other Shopify charges. No separate payment method required.
Accessing Subscription Settings
Navigate to the Subscription section in the Intufind app to view plans and manage your subscription.

Free Trial
All plans include a free trial period:
- Personal & Starter: 7 days
- Professional & Enterprise: 14 days
You won't be charged until your trial ends.
Subscribing
- Navigate to Subscription in the Intufind app
- Select your desired plan
- Click Get Started or Upgrade
- Complete the Shopify billing confirmation
- Your subscription is active immediately
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
Cancelling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage in real-time:
- Navigate to Usage & Limits to see current consumption
- Receive warnings at 75% and 90% usage
- Usage resets monthly
Linking Your Intufind Account (Optional)
If you also use Intufind on other platforms (WordPress, custom integrations) or want unified analytics across multiple Shopify stores, you can optionally link your Shopify store to an Intufind account:
- Create an Intufind account using the same email as your Shopify store
- Log in to the Intufind Dashboard
- Your Shopify store will appear as an available store to link
This is entirely optional — the Shopify app works standalone without a linked account.
